Part of an historical neighbourhood, the newly renovated 1930 red brick building has an elevator & is located close to famous 16 Th century " Marais ", the oldest part of Paris & cuts through la Bastille , the newest fashionable area with its Opera & marina:
Le Marais -15 min walk or 5 by bus
Place des Vosges/Musée Picasso/Musée Carnavalet - 20 to 25mn walk
Le Pere Lachaise - less than 5 min walk
Rue Oberkampf - 10 mn walk
Belleville (China town) - 15 min walk, 6 by subway.
Marché D'Aligre - 15 mn walk

SUBWAY STATIONS ARE CLOSE BY :
STATION VOLTAIRE : 5 mn walk - line 9 - leads you direct along the Grands Boulevards – (5 mn) – the Printemps and Galleries Lafayette (12 mn), the Opera, the Champs Elysés (18 mn) and Trocadero, facing the Eifel Tower (24 mn).
STATION PHILIPPE AUGUSTE : 3 mn walk - line 2 - leads you direct to Montmartre (15 mn).
