I was most impressed with your many prompt replies to my questions.
We appreciated that the building was very secure with digital entrance
code etc. The apartment could house four adults properly. Furnishings
were very suitable- my son was fascinated with the large interesting
library. We also appreciated the access to free Internet & free phone
calls internationally. What a bonus!
While in Europe none of the other rentals had left such detailed information
as you had for us upon our arrival about your flat, transportation,
local attractions, etc. Thank you for that! The location was very convenient-
we were able to walk to many places in the Bastille area. We loved the
many cafes. We appreciated the reasonable rental fee you ask. Would
we stay there again? Yes! It met our needs & had a trusting l&lord who
was very congenial & helpful. What more could you ask?

Staying at Jean Charles's apartment was a great choice. It has everything
(& more) you would expect from an apartment including a full kitchen,
dining area & office area. We really appreciated the computer & high
speed Internet access as well as the free calls back to the United States.

From the moment Jean Charles greeted us at his apartment, we felt as
if we were right at home in Paris. The flat itself was very comfortable
with all comforts & conveniences available (including a wonderful book

Jean Charles. Our friends & I enjoyed ourselves very much. It was a
very cute apt. We loved the fact you had the Web & free international
calling. It is pretty well located, walking distance to the museums,
& only blocks from the cemetery Pere Lachaise which is beautiful. We
had a great stay & I would recommend it because it is larger than most
hotel rooms. Also the metro & taxi stands are close. We had a great
